Customer service was amazing in creating a custom necklace for my toddler to redirect and help with biting impulses. We provided him a safe tool/outlet when he felt the urge to bite. Would highly recommend and the necklace looks adorable on him.

Great product and great customer service

I love this necklace. The neutral pallet works with most outfits. My little one loves to chew it. It’s the perfect length for him to grab when I’m holding him or when he’s in the carrier. I had a slight issue with the clasp and customer service took care of it for me without any issues. Would definitely recommend!
